  Excellent service. I was there at least an hour and they were very knowledgeable about foot issues and really took the time to make sure I was getting the right shoe. It may seem pricey to people, but you get a good quality shoe, and not just any shoe - your shoe.

  I've always been impressed by the super friendly service here. Due to my wide feet I have trouble finding comfortable shoes. The staff are very knowledgeable. They work with you to find a shoe to fit your unique needs. Today, Rachel helped me find a new pair of shoes. She analyzed my stride and looked at the soles of my shoes for clues to any unusual wear patterns. She very patiently reviewed the shoes they had available until I found a pair that worked for me. Rachel is fantastic. They also now carry non-athletic footwear, too. Their prices are comparable to any online and they have a very generous return policy. Too bad they don't sell cars!
