  I bought a Stihl MS 210 Chainsaw from them two years ago. I actually got it for a fair price, but that is where the fairy tale end, & the deceit begins. I was cleaning the air filter. While removing the protective cover I heard pop sound. Afterward the shut off would not stop the motor from running. I called them them would not tell me anything except to bring it in. They would not even tell me what they would charge to tell me what needed to be fixed. So I took it in & he looked at it & said Oh you need to leave it here so we can order parts & we will tell you what it cost after we fix it. That it may take weeks to get the parts, but would not tell me the part that was broken, nor what needed to be ordered, or fixed. The saw was running fine just would not shut off without flooding the motor with the choke. I took it home because I had trees that needed to be cut up, because they blew down in the wind stom a few weeks ago. My neighbor also has a Stihl chainsaw. We held the two saws next to each other and lord what do you know we noted a spring that had slipped out of place; therefore, the pop sound. Popped the spring back in place and works like new. I will in the future shop at New Albany Tractor. Cost a couple dollars more, be they are trust worthy. "Screw me once shame on you; Screw me twice shame on me !"
