We bought a mid-range mattress ($800 range) that was "guaranteed" for 15 years - salesman said it was exactly like the Simmons brand mattress line we owned at the time. Within 11 months, we had back pain and sink holes in the mattress. We took it back to the store and tried to get a refund and were told the warranty wouldn't cover it. Ended up giving the mattress away 1 year later for free. Back to Simmons brand and sleeping well again.
